Tucker Hohenstein, SIOR

Tucker Hohenstein specializes in industrial and R&D/flex properties throughout San Diego’s North County submarkets. He represents landlords, tenants, developers, and institutional clients, advising on complex leasing, sales, and land transactions. Prior to joining SRS, Tucker held senior leadership and brokerage roles at Colliers where he earned numerous sales and service awards and consistently ranked among top producers. He also has experience at Cushman & Wakefield, Burnham Real Estate Company, and Grubb & Ellis. Tucker earned a B.A. in anthropology and an MBA in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He is a member of SIOR and NAIOP. Outside of the office, he enjoys yoga, fishing, watching La Liga football, and traveling.
