Tucker Bennett
Development Associate at Confluence Companies.
Tucker is responsible for assisting with development and construction activities for current and future real estate developments. His responsibilities include assisting with due diligence, entitlements, financing, investor reporting, construction pricing, and construction coordination. He also helps manage the construction for tenant finishes of commercial spaces in our properties. Tucker has been working in the construction and real estate field since 2015, working for a third-party general contractor, custom home builder, and real estate developer. Tucker holds a masters’ degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Finance from the University of North Florida. Tucker enjoys the outdoors in his time away from work, primarily hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
