Troy Parker

Troy Parker is a partner and the principal broker with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group specializing in retail development, retail leasing, site selection, and retail brokerage services. Prior to forming the Company in 2013, Troy was with Thalhimer handling retail development, retail leasing and brokerage since 2008. For eight years prior to joining Thalhimer, Troy was associated with S. L. Nusbaum Realty Company, where he focused on creating retail development opportunities and handled the leasing of those developments. Prior to Thalhiimer, Troy was with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. for 8 years focusing on development, leasing, and brokerage. Prior, Troy was with Robert Brown Associates, Inc. for six years, where he handled the property management and leasing of its shopping center portfolio exceeding 400,000 square feet. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Business Management with an emphasis on Real Estate. He is a member of CBDA and ICSC.
