Troy Marsh

Troy grew up in a Suburb of Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Sylvania Southview in 2000. He then went on to graduate in 2004 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science with a specialization in Atmospheric Sciences (Meteorology). While working at a local restaurant a regular customer suggested he consider getting his real estate license, which he did prior to graduating from Ohio State and the rest is history. Since getting his real estate license in 2004 he and his team, Marsh Home Group have helped over 1,000 clients buy or sell the place they call home. He and his wife also own 13 rental units and continue to add to their rental portfolio all the time. Helping clients who both occupy or purchase for investments build wealth through real estate is truly a passion of Troy's.
