Troy Jordan

Troy co-founded Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate in 2013 to provide a dedicated full service commercial real estate agency in the Augusta MSA. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate in the southeastern United States. He has worked closely with retailers throughout all phases of the development cycle, from market strategy and site selection, to acquisition and construction. He has had the opportunity to work with notable tenants such as McDonald’s, Aldi, Harbor Freight Tools, Dave & Busters, and Topgolf. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, and is married to Lisa, with two children. He is a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and serves on the Queensborough National Bank & Trust Board of Directors, Advisory Board of the Hull College of Business at Augusta University, and is an active member of the Exchange Club of Augusta, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
