Troy Holme

Troy Holme is a Vice Chairman focused on office leasing, transaction management, and new business pursuits for the Austin office of CBRE. During his 16 years at CBRE, Mr. Holme has been actively involved in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to provide solutions for clients, with his main focus on leasing office product in Austin, TX. Mr. Holme and his office team are responsible for formulating and successfully executing strategies for marketing, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and asset advisory on a 30-building, 5-million square foot Austin portfolio. Mr. Holme previously worked for Arden Realty, Inc., where he oversaw leasing and asset management of 6-million square feet of office buildings valued at more that $4 billion in the Los Angeles area. During the course of his career, Mr. Holme has signed thousands of lease transactions and sold multiple office buildings totaling well over $5 billion in value.
