Tristan began his career at Swearingen Realty Group as a Market Research Analyst. He works with healthcare, retail, financial and energy companies, identifying and evaluating available space per the client’s specific needs. He has begun transitioning to the role of Tenant Advisor and provides clients with advisory and transaction management services. This includes DeNovo growth, renewals and expansions. Users include medical, retail and office. Tristan was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He studied at Arizona State University obtaining a Finance degree. He resides in Dallas, Texas. Hobbies include working out, cooking, two pitbull dogs, traveling and outdoor activities.
