Over the course of a decade, Tristan has established himself as an industry leading commercial real estate advisor, with a regional focus across the Kootenays and the BC Interior. Tristan offers his clients a depth of sales experience across all property types and related capabilities, including seller/buyer representation for investment and development property sales, landlord/tenant representation for industrial, office, and retail leasing, and valuation and due diligence consulting services. Before relocating to his hometown of Nelson, Tristan spent 7 years with CBRE - a Fortune 500 commercial real estate brokerage in Toronto - where he advised on over $4 billion in sales and advisory transactions across all property types including institutionally-owned office, industrial, retail, hotel, purpose-built rental, condominium, affordable housing, and long-term care development assets, in major Canadian markets from coast to coast.
