She has worked in Texas, California and Kansas and is skilled in management, leasing, training and accounting. She teaches a Tenant Law course for Houston Community College and has also taught classes for the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) and the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
