Tricia Rios is a Building Manager with Davenport Partners, Ms. Rios has been in the property management field for over eight years. Starting with Spieker Properties in 1999 as Project Administrator. In 2001, Spieker Properties was merged into Equity Office Properties and Ms. Rios assumed the position of Customer Service Rep for the company’s South Orange County portfolio. Ms. Rios went to work for ZMI Real Estate in 2003 as Assistant Property Manager helping to manage the company’s Southern California portfolio of both Industrial and Class-A office buildings. In 2005 Tricia joined Davenport Partners, where she handles day-to-day operations, including leasing, property management, and property level accounting for the Orange County portfolio.
