As a seasoned Real Estate Professional, Trey is one of Austin’s premier specialists for condominium sales and ownership in downtown Austin. With over 17 years of experience working with international and local developments, investor sales, and condominium sales - Trey affords his clients an experience and expertise unlike any other. Since 2009, Trey has worked with Moreland Properties as the company’s expert in downtown Austin condominium and project sales. Trey has handled transactions in almost every luxury downtown condominium development in Austin and most of the new under-construction developments as well. Trey is currently a lead sales agent at The Austonian a 56-story luxury high-rise on Congress Avenue (www.TheAustonian.com) and TheTyndall at Roberston Hill (www.TyndallAustin.com), an east-downtown development set to deliver in 2018. With over $150 million in sales in the past four years, Trey’s perspective and insight gleaned from those accomplishments, coupled with his prior experiences make him an invaluable real estate professional. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Trey graduated from Westlake High School and attended The University of Texas where he was a three-time All-American in Tennis and graduated with a BBA in Marketing. Trey played professional tennis from 1995 – 2000 and he has been selling luxury resort real estate for developers ever since. Trey lives in Westlake with his wife, Laura, his two daughters, Lee and Anna (and their cat, Sissie and dog, Rue).
