Trey is a 15+ year real estate executive in the San Antonio market. He was most recently the Vice President of Land for PulteGroup where he was directly responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, and development of over 10,000 single family lots and multiple master planned communities. Functioning as the Division’s primary asset manager, he managed a capital balance of over $90M that was assembled through a combination of raw land, finished lot takedowns, and option contracts that sustained a 900 closing/year homebuilding operation. In his role with PulteGroup he also served as a member of the senior operating committee and directly participated in the strategic planning and operation of the overall business. Prior to PulteGroup, Trey practiced as a senior consulting engineer working on a variety of single family, commercial, and industrial projects. His combination of technical and single-family expertise allows him to quickly and accurately assess the viability of potential project opportunities to take advantage of current and emerging market trends. He has led multiple land transactions by syndicating builder groups to acquire large acreage tracts that would otherwise not be viable as standalone projects. This has earned him a reputation as a preferred partner within the builder/developer community and his relationships across the market are extensive and longstanding. Trey graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering and received his MBA from Houston Baptist University. He is a licensed civil engineer in the State of Texas.
