Trevor Turnbow
Mr. Turnbow serves as the project manager for MGM Equity through its affiliate, PMC Chase LLC. During his tenure in the commercial real estate industry, he has completed a large number of noteworthy projects from start to finish including stand alone single tenant retail buildings for Enterprise Rent a Car and Lone Star Title Loans. All of his completed projects have been leased to national tenants. In addition, Mr. Turnbow has extensive experience in commercial interior buildouts. Presently he focuses his efforts on one of our major office leasing projects, Florida Drive in Arlington, a 60,000 square foot Class A office complex with a mixture of medical and office tenants, in addition to leading the team handling MGM Residential''s residential investment listings. Mr. Turnbow holds a Texas real estate salesperson''s license and has completed numerous real estate courses in contracts, agency, and construction through Tarrant County College and the University of Texas at Arlington. He currently attends Dallas Baptist University and is completing additional real estate courses in addition to additional courses with the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) institute. Mr. Turnbow resides in Arlington, Texas.
