Trevor Tollett
Trevor has extensive experience in all facets of multifamily and commercial real estate including acquisitions, development, financing, and asset management. Before co-founding Fountain Residential Partners <http://fountainresidential.com/> with Brent Little <http://fountainresidential.com/brent-little/> and Jon Clayton <http://fountainresidential.com/jon-clayton/> in 2010, Trevor worked under Brent and Jon at a national multifamily development and management company where he was responsible for the development of over 4,600 beds of student and military housing exceeding $200 million in total project costs. Previously Trevor worked in real estate finance for Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo <https://www.wellsfargo.com/>) where he executed a range of balance sheet and capital markets transactions for multifamily and commercial real estate predominately in the South Florida region. Trevor received a degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University <https://www.smu.edu/> and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida <http://www.ufl.edu/>.
