Trevor Ragsdale

In his role at JLL, Trevor is responsible for leading, managing and growing relationships with corporate occupiers across diverse geographic footprints and portfolio types. Trevor serves as: National Practice Group lead for JLL’s Industrial Integrated Portfolio Services business, a member of the Industrial Council, the Midwest Region Executive Committee, and is a co-founder of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Practice Group. Trevor leads the top performing industrial corporate services team for JLL globally. His team of professionals have subject matter expertise in corporate services account management, supply chain optimization, site selection, psycho-demographic predictive analytics, business and economic incentives, capital markets, real estate markets, and design and construction project management. Their integrated solutions consistently deliver enterprise-wide value to occupiers of global real estate. Prior to merging with JLL in June of 2008, Trevor was a Principal of The Staubach Company since 2001. Over his career, Trevor has led over 1,500 client transactions globally totaling over 185 million square feet and valued in excess of US$4.0BN.
