Trevor Larkin

Trevor Larkin is a Senior Associate at CBRE in the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group in New York City. Mr. Larkin is responsible for generating new business and for developing and implementing real estate strategies for both office and retail clients in the New York Tri-State region. Prior to joining the A&T Services Group, Mr. Larkin worked as a Financial Analyst in CBRE’s Research and Asset Services groups. During his tenure in Asset Services, Mr. Larkin focused on creating new business opportunities, where he assisted in winning and transitioning over 8.6 million square feet of office and retail space throughout New York City, Long Island and Connecticut.
