Trevor Davies joined CBRE in January 2007, where he mentored with the top downtown London office leasing professional in Southwestern Ontario. In 2008, Trevor transferred to Calgary where he joined the Calgary Downtown Office Leasing Team?. Trevor, along with Angus Fraser, Bryan Walsh, Scott McCulloch and Lori Suba? combined their experience and skills to pioneer Calgary’s first full time office leasing partnership. Together with his leasing experience, Trevor plays an integral role in the acquisition/disposition situations driven by M&A, interpretation, presentation of market information to clients, as well as the scope of services he has demonstrated to his clients. Trevor is currently responsible for maintaining relationships with existing contacts, generating new busin?ess for the Team, lease and sublease negotiations, and developing increased territory market share.
