Trevor Clark

Trevor's broad range of services include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, and Investment Sales. Throughout his career he has negotiated 3 million square feet of leases and $300 million of commercial building sales. His tenant representation clients include corporate, public, institutional, and non-profit organizations. He is often selected as the preferred Washington state broker for national companies seeking local tenant representation services. Trevor has leased Class A projects for Hines, Skanska Commercial Development, CommonWealth Partners, Ivanhoe Cambridge, and Hudson Pacific Properties. Trevor was previously a Senior Vice President at Broderick Group Inc., and more recently a Managing Director and co-head of Agency Leasing in downtown Seattle at Jones Lange LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). He’s been a panel speaker for Law Seminars International, presenting creative transaction strategies. Additionally, his boutique advisory practice has been recognized by Costar as a Seattle Power Broker Firm. Trevor lives in Northeast Seattle with his wife and 3 kids.
