Trevor Brown

Trevor specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation in both the Arlington and Tarrant County office markets. He is an Associate at Transwestern’s Fort Worth office, working directly under Principal Theron Bryant. In his role, Trevor performs all aspects of representation, including market research analysis, strategic planning, site evaluation and selection, site tours, proposal requests and comparative analysis. Trevor interned for Theron Bryant at the Fort Worth Transwestern office in the Summer of 2020, until he was eventually brought on full time in the Summer of 2021. Trevor received his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. Trevor was also a 3-year Letterman for the TCU Men’s Golf program during his time at school. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Professional.
