Trenton Nicioli

Trenton Nicioli BS, serves as an associate advisor for SVN | Chicago Commercial, and specializes in the sale of multi-family properties throughout the greater Chicago, Illinois Metropolitan Area. Prior to joining SVN, Trenton gained multi-family experience through his Italian first-generation grandfather and father, who started investing in multi-family apartment complexes throughout the Chicagoland area in the 1970s. Before entering the real-estate industry full-time, Trenton worked as a Lab Member in FCVRRI at Northwestern University, as well as an automobile salesperson with The Audi Exchange. In addition, Trenton also operated a virtual wholesale real-estate business out of Galveston, TX with a business partner prior to joining SVN.
