Over a 12-year career in the industry, his work has included street retail, creative loft office, ground-up development, and adaptive reuse. Trent has a genuine passion for placemaking and is drawn to projects that shape neighborhoods and create lasting value for users, owners, and communities alike. As a former attorney, he is skilled at balancing creative vision with realistic deal-making. Away from work, Trent values time with his wife, Alex, and their two children. He's a frequent jogger, an avid sports fan, and loves exploring new places with his family. Trent is proud to call Nashville home and gives back to its creative community as a Board member of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.
