Trent provides a unique perspective in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of development, value-add, and stabilized projects. He has extensive experience in mixed use projects involving both creative office and amenity retail. He has a passion for authentic placemaking and enjoys seeing the positive impact commercial space can provide for the user, the owner, and the community. As a former attorney, he is skilled in balancing creative vision with realistic deal-making. Away from work, Trent values spending quality time with his wife, Alex, and their two children. He’s a frequent jogger, an avid sports fan, and enjoys travel adventures with his family. Trent appreciates the creative culture in Music City and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.
