Trent Grothues has been involved with Commercial Real Estate throughout the Southwestern US since 2004 specializing in Tenant Representation, land acquisition, contract negotiation, feasibility analysis, project development, marketing and disposition of income producing assets. He has handled the sale of over $250 million in income properties and land sales and completed over 2,000,000 SF of retail, office, and industrial leases. Trent also has also been the impetus behind several Houston area developments, from shopping centers to medical office parks to a Class “A” Office Building. He believes his education and work history in construction gives him a clear insight to understanding the financial feasibility as well as the constructability of development projects. Grothues is a 1997 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS is Construction Science, a licensed broker in the State of Texas, and earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2013.
