Trent Carvolth
Trent serves as Vice President for ALIVE, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial, flex and office assets throughout the Western United States. Trent’s primary focus is to provide his clients with advisory solutions designed specifically for their goals and objectives; this includes investment sales, sale-leaseback structuring, financing, market research and 1031 exchanges. During his brokerage career, Trent has advised on a broad range of industrial and office properties including corporate headquarters facilities, large multi-tenant assets, institutional portfolios and multiple net leased and sale-leaseback deals. Prior to joining ALIVE, Trent was part of a nationally focused industrial and office team for a large publicly traded commercial real estate investment sales brokerage company. Trent was integral in the underwriting, marketing and closing of industrial and office assets for a wide range of investors including both private clients and large institutional capital groups with closings in multiple markets across the country. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. During his time there, Trent was a Dean’s List student-athlete for the University’s Football Team.
