Trent graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Brisky Net Lease, Trent specialized as a buy-side broker where he advised net lease clients through complex 1031 exchange transactions. Trent also specialized in net lease and corporate sale leaseback transactions advising business owners how to best utilize their corporate-owned real estate assets. Trent’s client base has been diverse, ranging from first-time investors to esteemed institutional groups, allowing him to develop a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of the real estate market across the board.
