Travis Woloson

Travis is co-manager for leasing and property management for The Woloson Company. In addition, he is responsible for project management and property acquisition for The Woloson Company. Travis was responsible for the leasing of 12,000 square feet of retail space in Plaza Newport and Plaza Del Oro. Leasing responsibilities include analysis of prospective tenant usages, screening of prospective tenants, review of business plan and business history, and verification and analysis of financial statements. Travis was responsible for preparation and negotiation of Tenant Letters of Intent and preparation of the Lease. Travis was responsible for the project management of a, $850,000 remodel on Plaza Newport in 2016 which included the bidding process, management of subcontractors, project management schedule and tenant coordination. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Irvine and was a Scholar-Athlete from 2013-2015. He was a member of the UCI Men’s Volleyball Team. Travis holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a current member of ICSC.
