Additionally, he has represented both national and regional investors and landowners throughout the South Texas market. Travis prides himself in working closely with clients on each transaction from the early stages of market evaluation until opening for business. His experience includes site selection, lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, opinions of value, and preparing detailed market analysis. As a native Houstonian, Travis brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Houston and South Texas market to the team. Before Palo Duro’s launch in 2022, Travis was with NewQuest Properties and Edge Realty Partners, bringing in over 8 years of experience and expertise in commercial real estate.
