Since joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in 2003, Travis has utilized his extensive understanding of the interrelationship between investment criteria, building design, operations and leasing to create and maximize building values on behalf of a wide range of institutional clients, including Lionstone, Starwood Capital, RREEF, Granite Properties, JER, Blackstone, L&B Realty and Westbrook. Travis and Endeavor’s agency leasing team are responsible for the leasing of a 41 building, 5.2 million SF portfolio, which includes some of Austin’s most iconic office buildings and mixed-use projects. Over the last nineteen years, he has signed over 700 leases transactions representing over 5,500,000 SF.
