Travis Conley

Travis Conley founded Conley Management Group by integrating his experience in real estate development, asset management, and commercial leasing to develop a full service real estate platform. By combining his broad industry knowledge, he has developed a fully integrated real estate firm providing clients the following: Property Management, Leasing, Design, and Construction. As President, Travis is responsible for the firm's operation and management across all service sectors in which he provides a detailed focus on customer service and investment goals. Travis holds an undergraduate degree in Economics & History from Rutgers University and then pursued his Masters in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama . In 2012 he went to work for Great Hill Equities a fully integrated real estate development, investment, and management firm based in New York City were he managed the firms real estate and development operations. Under his management the firm experienced substantial growth in its asset base and consistent performance. Travis to this day continues to work with Great Hill Equities and its affiliate companies in the management and leasing of their real estate assets. Travis has a unique set of skills and resources that sets him apart from other leasing agents and managers. Travis prides himself on being able to work through the entire life cycle of a property of lease transaction.
