Tram has been with Coastal Commercial since inception in 2020, prior to joining Coastal Commercial, Tram worked as an Investment Advisor in Newport Beach for 7+ years; then shifted to Commercial Real Estate, specializing in retail investment sales. She spent the first 10 years between Marcus & Millichap and CBRE offices in Newport Beach, and after developing a strong niche coastal brand the Holthouser team branched out as Coastal Commercial in Newport Beach. Her focus is growing the retail team throughout Orange County. With over 20 years of experience in investment advisory and sales, Tram is recognized by colleagues and clients as an expert in the marketplace.
