ABOUT

Tracy Underwood is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Billingsley Company, where she is responsible for the retail portfolio in Dallas and the industrial portfolio in Houston, Texas. She has also worked extensively on the office build-to-suit team for the Cypress Waters Development. She joined Billingsley Company in 1994 as a staff accountant and was promoted to financial analyst the following year. She managed the design center properties in Dallas, Houston, and Boston, and later assisted in the disposition of all three. She subsequently assumed the asset management role for the industrial portfolio in Houston before taking on the retail portfolio and being promoted to Senior Vice President of Asset Management in 2021.
