Tracy in addition to residential listing is also a Commercial Realtor and features her listings with LoopNet and other commercial websites. In addition to her busy career, Tracy is very involved in the community. She is a member of Concord Afton Sunset Rotary and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity as well. Tracy recently was honored by being chosen as a TV consultant for HGTV's show "Property Virgins," offering her expertise on the Carolina real estate market. Tracy is looking to expand her team in the hopes of doubling her business in the upcoming year.
