Tracy Kasper

Tracy Kasper is the CEO and sole owner as well as the Idaho Designated Broker. With over 30 years in the industry (27 years licensed), she has experience in several areas of real estate with an emphasis in new construction, development land and light-industrial land. Tracy has spent her career as a Top Producer and has been very involved in her community as well as her industry. Tracy was honored as Idaho REALTOR® of the Year for the Idaho REALTORS® in 2016, where she also served as State President. In 2018-2021 she served as one of two National Directors for the Idaho REALTORS®. She was appointed to serve for the National Association of REALTORS® as the Vice President of Advocacy in 2019. Tracy was subsequently elected as the First Vice President of the National Association of Realtors® in 2022 and served as President-Elect and President of NAR in 2023. Tracy has helped raise more than $500,000 for children's charities in her community. She also served a two-year appointment (2016-2018) as an Honorary Commander for the Idaho Air National Guard.
