Tracy Cornell

Tracy has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in tenant and landlord representation. She recently joined Gibraltar LLC in February 2020. Prior to that she was at JSH Properties for close to 20 years. Tracy was Director of Development and Real Estate Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. This included securing locations and lease negotiation of existing and future retail sites. She was responsible for opening multiple markets (while maintaining over 200 deals a year) and developing long-term strategic growth and rollout plans for each market. Tracy was responsible for analyzing new market real estate sites, participated in the negotiation of leases and acted as a spokesperson for Starbucks in the assigned geographic markets of real estate. After leaving Starbucks she joined JSH Properties in 2004 where she worked for close to 20 years. Tracy assists start-up and strategic roll-out plans of multiple national retailers who enter the Pacific Northwest.
