As Chief Compliance Officer, Tracy is responsible for developing the strategic plan for monitoring of effective businesses operations, including all Compliance Risk Management programs encompassing AML/BSA, Testing, Fair Lending, Operations, Strategy, and Administration. Based in San Francisco, Tracy joined Bank of the West in 2015 as Head of BSA/AML/OFAC. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at MUFG Union Bank, N.A., Washington Mutual, and Charles Schwab & Co., creating the enterprise strategy, oversight and execution of BSA/AML and OFAC Programs.
