Tracy Boomhower
A lifelong resident of Greene County and a Real Estate Professional for 21 years, Tracy knows the market area of Upstate New York. Her passion for real estate shows in her work ethic, returning inquires immediately. Active in her community for years, she has also taken a more active role on the Board of Directors of the Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess MLS, having served as a Board of Director for 3 years and in the capacity as Board President for the 2015 and 2021 calendar years. She was also the 2018 and 2019 President of the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors. Tracy previously served as Chairperson for the Education Committee and is also an Education Committee Member for the New York State Association of Realtors. She served as the 2020 Chair of the NYSAR Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committee. She is a member of four multiple listing services to serve you better.
