Traci Cangiano

Traci Cangiano, the founder and broker/owner of Cangiano Estates, Ltd, which is now known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cangiano Estates since our partnership with Berkshire Hathaway last fall, is based in Staten Island, New York. She has devoted over 18 years to the prosperity of her team and the satisfaction of her clients. As a wife, mother of two daughters, and owner of Luigi, the office's mascot and beloved shih-tzu, Traci's personal life is as vibrant as her professional one. Ranked among the top real estate brokerages in Richmond County, Traci is a formidable figure in the industry. She was honored with the Realtor of the Year award and held the position of President of the Staten Island Board of Realtors in 2013. Being a stalwart supporter of her community, Traci has initiated and participated in several philanthropic endeavors. These include contributions to Staten Island Family Services, the Tunnel to Towers Stephen Siller Foundation, and the St. George Theatre.
