Tracey Holehan
Ms. Holehan joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2012 and currently serves as Senior Vice President & Director of Leasing. She helps manage the leasing activities for the company’s portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, she held various roles at CBRE, most recently serving as Senior Associate and Team Leader for CBRE Baltimore’s Tenant Representation Services Group, where she oversaw site selection for retailers looking to expand or relocate in the Baltimore/Washington area. Prior to that, she worked as a leasing agent with the Cordish Company, where her primary focus was the Atlantic City Outlets. Ms. Holehan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. She is a member of ICSC.
