Toss Vallentine

Toss Vallentine is a Senior Managing Director at JLL, specializing in value maximization of Silicon Valley commercial assets through strategic positioning and leasing initiatives. He is also a member of JLL's Life Sciences Advisory Committee. Toss joined the Silicon Valley Agency Team in 2016, and since that time he has completed more than 3.6 million square feet of transactions, valued at over $1B. Toss started his career in 2006 at Grubb & Ellis in Sacramento, then transitioned to JLL in 2012 where he handled leasing for the region. Toss attended Texas State University in San Marcos, received a Bachelor of Business degree, and now holds a California Real Estate Sales Agent’s License. Toss has been a Leukemia & Lymphoma “Man of the Year” many years, and was nominated for the BOYA Humanitarian of the Year. He lives in Los Altos with his beautiful wife and two children.
