Tori Sunderman Stefanou is a Vice President with CBRE and a member of the Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction (A&T) Team. Her team provides multi-market advisory services to national retail and office space occupiers and provides strategic planning, transaction execution, account management and ongoing portfolio optimization programs for corporations and public entities. Within the A&T team, Tori specializes in buying and leasing office properties on behalf of clients. Tori provides her clients with a consultative approach and is an advocate for her clients. She prides herself on carefully listening to her clients’ needs in order to create and implement strategic plans aligned with their goals and objectives. Tori ensures her clients are making highly informed decisions that will create value for their organization. Tori has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience working on office, retail, and industrial properties.
