Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Tony Nguyen began his entrepreneurial journey in 2003. At 19 years old, he chose to forgo the traditional college path and entered the real estate industry in Huntington Beach, California. Within his first several years in the business, Tony established himself in the Southern California real estate market, ultimately ranking among the top 1% of real estate practitioners in the Southern California. Today, Tony brings more than 23 years of experience in the acquisition, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate and private investments. He is the founder of a private equity group through which he leads investments across a diverse portfolio of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, multifamily, industrial real estate, multi-location full-service and fast-casual restaurants, motion pictures, and medical ventures, including cryopreservation storage. The group's notable investments include the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as pre-IPO investments in Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). Outside of business, Tony's greatest priority is his family. He is a proud father, husband, son, and brother who strives to lead by example in both his personal and professional life. In his free time, he enjoys mixed martial arts, skiing, cooking, and most of all playing pickleball
