Tony Lam

Tony Lam is a California-licensed residential and commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in income and investment properties, property management, and real estate education. With engineering degrees from the University of Southern California and a legal background focused on contract and property law, Tony has worked internationally in real estate before returning to the U.S., where he now serves as the Executive Manager for the Pinnacle Real Estate Group (PREG). Broker of Record for Keller Williams Signature Realty (KW Signature has ceased to operate at the end of April 2025). A specialist in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, he authored the 1031 Exchanges Manual for Real Estate Agents and Investors and has developed multiple California Department of Real Estate-approved continuing education courses. Tony is a certified instructor, speaker, and consultant, actively involved in shaping broker exam content and mentoring over 150 real estate professionals. He also contributes to his local Realtor associations through leadership and committee roles, and his expertise spans teaching, real estate investment planning, renovation, and property maintenance. Tony is a published inventor and committed humanitarian, having participated in international relief missions, including recent aid efforts for Ukrainian refugees.
