Tony Gill
Tony Gill joined CBRE Limited in 1993 as a Toronto Downtown Leasing Representative.
His energy and commitment resulted in numerous transactions for both Landlords and Tenants in and around the Financial Core, having completed over 125 transactions comprising over 500,000 SF of space. Tony then moved on to a boutique real estate and facilities consulting firm where he rose to the position of Vice President. The firm was actively responsible for the outsourcing of corporate real estate services to many Canadian and U.S. based firms within Canada. Their services included portfolio and lease management, transaction management, project and construction management, situational feasibility analysis and furniture, furnishings and equipment procurement. The firm managed over 5,000,000 SF of commercial space across Canada representing over 300 locations on behalf of their user-clients. After 10 years of diverse skill development and thorough experience in all facets of tenant related real estate and facilities issues in hand, Tony returned to CBRE in 2003. He delivers an exceptionally strong perspective in addressing many corporate real estate issues to his clients and provides a broad range of time and cost saving solutions to various situations.
