Tony Franco

Tony Franco has been practicing commercial real estate since 2002 and is a survivor of the Great Recession. As President of The Franco Realty Group, Tony Franco has completed commercial real estate investment and lease transactions in excess of $350,000,000. During Tony’s first year practicing commercial real estate, he received The Pace Setter Award at Marcus & Millichap. He also has extensive knowledge from managing various commercial properties including apartments, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use properties worldwide. Recently, Tony has sold 15 commercial properties along Garnet Avenue and is Pacific Beach’s premiere commercial real estate broker. Tony Franco earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) where he studied Economics and Mathematics. Tony also has an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences and an Associate of Science in Mathematics, cum laude. In 2014, Tony was nominated by the business owners of Pacific Beach to be a Board Member for the Business Improvement District (BID) known as DiscoverPB. Tony was also nominated by the residents and business owners of Pacific Beach to be a Board Member for the Pacific Beach Planning Group. He previously served on both boards, and is an active community member in Pacific Beach. When Tony is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, sailing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
