Tony Coglianese is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services Group, and a co-leader of Chicago’s Tech and Digital Media Practice. As one of CBRE’s most prominent tenant representation brokers, Tony has helped establish one of the highest-performing teams in the firm. Since joining CBRE in 2018, Tony has cultivated a focused expertise with high-growth companies, building his practice through innovative real estate strategies that align with his client’s business objectives. He has handled over $2 billion in transactions and has negotiated deals ranging from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet. His client base and market activity have made him one of the most decorated young brokers in Chicago. He was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2018 for being the top first-year producer across all 12 business lines within CBRE Chicago. Since then, he has become one of the youngest brokers to be promoted to Senior Vice President at the firm. Outside of real estate, Tony is an active angel investor and an influential member of Chicago’s tech community. He is a co-founder of ChiTechIRL, a startup event and networking group that connects the most prominent players in Chicago’s tech ecosystem. He is an avid supporter of Chicago’s business community and the organizations at the forefront of fostering better connections between Chicago stakeholders and the global tech and innovation community, including P33 and World Business Chicago.
