Tony Cavataio

Tony’s real estate focus is on retail leasing, vacant land, real estate development and investment. Before joining Pilot Property, he was President of Cavano Incorporated, a commercial masonry and development company- which he successfully completed over 30 commercial projects across 17 states. These projects included national companies such as CVS/Pharmacy, Walgreen Pharmacy, Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and Aldi Grocery. Tony holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration. One of his most recent accomplishments includes negotiating the purchase of 2.35 acres with the Meijer Corporation on behalf of his Client. He spearheaded the site design and worked closely with Engineering and Township Officials to approve the site for development. He furthermore secured long term leases with Tropical Smoothie, Hot Worx, and other Regional/Local Tenants to make the project a success. Tony exemplifies the true meaning of a “Full Service Broker”.
