Tony Cavataio is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong focus on commercial property sales and leasing, land sales for development, and investment properties. Before joining Pilot Property, Tony served as President of Cavano Incorporated, a commercial masonry and development company, where he successfully completed over 30 projects across 17 states. His portfolio includes work with major national companies such as CVS/Pharmacy, Walgreens Pharmacy, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, and Aldi Grocery. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, Tony brings a wealth of financial expertise to his real estate endeavors. Recently, he achieved a significant milestone by leading the negotiations and development efforts for the purchase of 2.35 acres by the Meijer Corporation, overseeing the site design and collaborating closely with engineering teams and township officials to secure development approvals.
