Tony Blake

Owner, founder, and principal broker of V/T Commercial, Tony Blake brings an extensive and varied brokerage background to the firm. An active commercial real estate broker since 1986, his broad experience included acting as an associate director of the Corporate Services Group of the nationally recognized firm of Grubb & Ellis. Blake is skilled at tenant and corporate client representation and has represented some significant corporate clients including IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Verizon Wireless, the University of Vermont, AIG Insurance, AT&T, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Unilever USA, GE Healthcare, and others. He is a founding member of the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association, and sat on its Board of Directors for eight years from 1996 through 2004.
