Tony Binswanger joined CBRE in 2024 as an Executive Vice President. Based in the firm’s Walnut Creek office, he specializes in industrial, land and office properties within Contra Costa, Solano and Napa counties. His scope of client services includes landlord representation, tenant representation and investment and user sales. Tony is a 4th generation Contra Costa resident. After graduating from De La Salle High School, he attended UC Berkeley and Marshall University. He's been involved in over $1.5B worth of commercial real estate transactions and completed over 15M square feet of leasing/sales transactions.
