My name is Tonia Vaughn Luster. I have working knowledge and closed deals in both residential and commercial real estate. I am licensed in GA and TX. I'm the Broker of T Vaughn Luxe International. T Vaughn Luxe Int'l formerly T Luster Realty Group, is a boutique but full-service commercial and residential brokerage. We specialize in Retail, Office, Mixed-Use, Single and Multi-Family as well as, Property Management and Investment Properties. I have over 11 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. I started my real estate career working under the supervision of a highly-sought-after 40 year commercial broker. Under his mentorship, my first sale was a Million dollar listing in East Cobb. I went on to sell an apartment complex and ended up officially falling in love with commercial real estate. I have served in a Property Manager role managing a portfolio of large commercial properties with a well known commercial real estate firm in Metro Atlanta. From the extensive knowledge I gained, I went back to school, became a broker and started my own firm, T Luster Realty but changed the firms name in 2025 to what is now, T Vaughn Luxe International. I am happy to announce that TVLI partnered and closed it's first international deal in Punta Cana.
