She has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Immediately after graduating real estate school, Tonia began working under the supervision of a highly sought after 40 year veteran commercial broker that taught her the ropes very well. So much so, that Tonia Luster sold her 1st apartment building within 1 year of being an agent. Tonia went on to sell and lease more commercial spaces and officially fell in love with real estate. Tonia went on to serve in a Property Manager role managing a portfolio of large commercial properties with a well known commercial real estate firm in Metro Atlanta. From the extensive knowledge she gained, Tonia Luster went back to school, became a broker and started her own firm. T Luster Realty provides Property Management for Residential, Commercial, Commercial Acquisitions, Lease Renewal and Landlord/Tenant representation. Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation services include strategy development, build-to-suit planning, demographic analysis, market analysis, cost of occupancy analyses, and negotiations.
